Shipping

Shipping times can vary during peak shipping periods.

Free shipping for smaller items (i.e. diaphragms) is available to all of the U.S.
Free shipping for heaver items only (i.e. raw speakers) is available to U.S. customers residing in the lower 48 states.

Domestic Shipping: (U.S.)
We ship most smaller, lighter items with the United States Post Office. Shipping methods available are;

United States Postal Service (USPS)

• First Class, 4 to 7 days
• Priority, 2 to 4 days

FedEx

• FedEx Ground Service
• FedEx 2 day Service: Please note, FedEx does not deliver on weekend and holidays. If you select 2 day Service shipping a day or 2 before a weekend or holiday you will receive the shipment the next business day.
• FedEx Overnight, next day service: Please note, FedEx does not deliver on weekend and holidays. If you select Overnight shipping the day before a weekend or holiday you will receive the shipment the next business day.

For free shipping, larger, heaver orders will ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
All shipments containing solvent based adhesives will ship via ground service only.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If you have supplied us with a valid email address with your payment, your will automatically be emailed a tracking number at the time the shipping label is printed for your package.

If you are ordering solvent based adhesives or other products containing solvent based adhesives, your order will ship with ether UPS or FedEx ground service only.

Canadian Shipments:
All orders are shipped the same or next business day. 3:00 pm mountain standard time is the cutoff for same day shipment. Almost all orders in by 3:00 are out by 4:00 the same day.
Please contact your local postal service or custom department to find out the shipping company that will be handling the shipment in your country after the Unites States Postal Service hands over the shipment to your country.
Solvent based adhesives can not be shipped outside of the U.S. If you are ordering a kit that includes solvent based adhesives, the adhesives will not be shipped.

International First Class, if available for your items
Air Letter Post shipments will ship from the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) and will arrive at your door in 1 to 2 weeks. Shipping times can vary during peak shipping periods.
This shipping method does not have a tracking number. If you require a tracking number, you must use the Express, EMS shipping option. If you have supplied us with a valid email address with your shipping information, we will automatically email the shipping information about your shipment when we print the postage. 

Global Priority
Global Priority shipments are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Global Priority shipments arrive in an average of 7 to 10 days from our warehouse to your door. Shipping times can vary during peak shipping periods.

Global Express
Global Express shipments are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) via EMS shipment. EMS shipments arrive in an average of 3 to 5 days from our warehouse to your door. Shipping times can vary during peak shipping periods.

This shipping method does not have a tracking number. If you require a tracking number, you must use the FedEx / EMS shipping option. If you have supplied us with a valid email address with your address information, we will automatically email the shipping information about your shipment when we print the postage

Global Express
Global Express shipments are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) via EMS shipment. EMS shipments arrive in an average of 3 to 5 days from our warehouse to your door. Shipping times can vary during peak shipping periods.
