Electro Voice, Force 15 pre-assembled,
replacement recone kit.
This Pro Parts recone kit is just what you need
to repair your Electro Voice Force 15 to new performance. Kit comes with, cone,
pre-treated surround attached, spider, flat wire / edge
wound aluminum voice coil, dust cap, gaskets, lead wires, centering shim, glue
and instructions. The voice coil, spider, cone and lead wires come pre-glued and
attached, to make installation very simple. This kit was assembled using a jig
designed specifically to produce our Force 15 recone kit. Using this jig to
assemble the recone kit insures that the voice coil is glued to the spider and
cone at the proper depth every time. High strength, slow cure cyanoacrylate
adhesive are used to attach the voice coil and spider to the cone for a superior
lightweight glue joint. Moyen RS-3087 adhesive is supplied with each
kit for attaching the spider and surround to the speaker frame. Note: due to the
U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, kits shipped outside the United
States or any other country or state that can not be shipped to via UPS of FedEx
ground services, will not include
adhesive.

Speaker reconing with our preassembled kits is
easy. The
difficult part about reconing speakers is centering the voice coil in the
magnetic gap and setting the voice coil at
the correct height. We have set the height of the coil for you and our kit comes with
a
centering shim to properly align the coil in the magnetic gap.
